베어그릿 주식회사(이하 "회사")는 교대리 앱(이하 "앱")을 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 앱은 Apple · 카카오 · Google 계정으로 로그인해야 이용할 수 있습니다. 근무 · 일정 등 이용자가 입력한 데이터의 원본은 이용자의 기기에 있고, 로그인한 동안 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치할 때 되살릴 수 있도록 그 사본을 계정에 백업합니다. 이 방침은 회사가 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하는지, 앱이 어떤 권한을 쓰는지, 이용자가 어떤 권리를 가지는지 설명합니다.

보유 기간: 계정을 삭제할 때까지이며, 계정을 삭제하면 위 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다(접속 기록은 위와 같이 최대 7일).
이용자가 이메일로 문의하는 경우, 문의에 답하기 위해 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 이용하며, 답변 뒤 3년까지 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다(전자상거래법상 소비자 불만 · 분쟁 처리 기록).
이용자가 입력한 데이터의 원본은 기기 안의 데이터베이스에 저장되며, 오프라인에서도 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다. 로그인한 동안 그 사본이 1의 '계정 백업'으로 서버에 저장됩니다. 회사는 백업을 보관 · 복원하는 목적 말고는 그 내용을 열람하거나 이용하지 않습니다.
iOS의 iCloud 백업이나 Android의 Google 자동 백업을 켜 두었다면 운영체제가 앱 데이터를 그 백업에 포함할 수 있습니다. 이는 기기 설정에 따르며 회사는 접근할 수 없습니다.
근무표 사진 · PDF · 엑셀 파일의 글자 인식(OCR)은 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다(iOS Vision, Android ML Kit 내장 모델). 사진과 파일은 서버를 포함해 어디에도 전송되지 않고 앱에 저장되지도 않습니다. 가져오는 동안에만 메모리에 두었다가 끝나면 버립니다.
근무표에는 동료의 이름이 있을 수 있습니다. 앱은 이용자가 고른 사람(본인, 그리고 이용자가 함께 가져오기로 고른 동료)의 근무만 저장하며, 같은 사진을 다시 가져왔는지 알아보기 위한 해시값(원본을 복원할 수 없는 값)을 남깁니다. 근무표에 있는 다른 사람의 정보는 이용자가 정당한 범위에서 다루어야 합니다.
권한은 해당 기능을 쓸 때 요청하며, 거부해도 나머지 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
근무표 이미지 · PDF 공유와 백업 파일 만들기는 이용자가 고른 앱이나 위치로만 보내집니다. 백업 파일에는 근무표 내용이 그대로 들어 있으니 안전한 곳에 보관해야 하며, 그 관리는 이용자의 책임입니다.
회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음과 같이 처리를 위탁합니다.

로그인 공급자(Apple · 카카오 · Google)는 이용자가 직접 고른 로그인 수단으로서 각자의 방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다. 구매를 확인할 때 App Store 거래는 Apple의 서명을 서버에서 검증하고, Google Play 구매는 구매 토큰으로 Google Play에 조회합니다. 결제는 Apple · Google 스토어가 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리하며, 회사는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. Android의 글자 인식은 Google ML Kit의 기기 내장 모델을 쓰며 네트워크를 사용하지 않습니다.
앱과 이 웹페이지는 쿠키, 광고 식별자, 분석 스크립트 등 이용자를 추적하는 장치를 쓰지 않습니다. 웹에서 로그인하면 로그인을 유지하기 위한 값을 그 브라우저의 저장소에 두며, 로그아웃하면 지워집니다.
만 14세 미만은 앱을 이용할 수 없으며 계정을 만들지 않아야 합니다. 회사가 만 14세 미만의 계정임을 알게 되면 그 계정을 삭제합니다.
계정 삭제: 앱의 더보기 → 계정 → '계정 삭제'에서 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 쓸 수 없다면 아래 이메일로 로그인한 방법(Apple · 카카오 · Google)과 그 계정의 이메일을 적어 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 본인 확인 뒤 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 삭제하면 서버의 계정 정보 · 이용 기록 · 구매 연결 · 계정 백업이 모두 파기되고 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 기기에 남습니다. 계정을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않으므로 스토어의 구독 관리에서 해지해야 합니다.
계정 정보의 열람 · 정정 · 처리정지는 앱의 계정 화면이나 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱 안에서 이용자가 직접 수정 · 삭제할 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 모두 지워집니다. 문의 기록의 삭제를 원하면 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.
계정 서버와의 통신은 모두 암호화(HTTPS)하며, 데이터베이스는 로그인한 본인의 기록만 읽고 쓸 수 있도록 행 단위 접근 통제를 둡니다. 기기의 로그인 정보는 iOS 키체인 · Android 키스토어로 보호하고, 도용된 로그인 토큰이 다시 쓰이면 그 로그인을 끊습니다. 앱 잠금(생체 인증) 기능도 제공합니다. 기기 자체의 보안(잠금 화면, OS 업데이트)은 이용자가 관리해야 합니다.

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 처리하는 정보가 새로 늘어나는 경우에는 그 전에 앱 안에서 알리고 필요한 동의를 받습니다.
Gyodaeri (the "app") is provided by Baregrit Inc. (the "Company"). You need to sign in with Apple, Kakao or Google to use the app. The original copy of what you enter (shifts, events and so on) lives on your device; while you are signed in, a copy is backed up to your account so you can restore it on a new phone or after reinstalling. This page explains what we process and why, which permissions the app uses, and your rights.
Retention: until you delete your account, after which the data is destroyed without delay (access logs as above). If you contact us by email, we use your address and message to reply and keep the record for up to 3 years as required for handling consumer inquiries.
The original copy of your data is stored in a database on your device and works offline. While you are signed in, a copy is stored as the account backup above. The Company does not view or use its contents except to store and restore it. If you use iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google auto backup (Android), the operating system may include the app's data in that backup under your device settings.
Text recognition of roster photos, PDFs and Excel files runs entirely on the device (iOS Vision, Android ML Kit bundled model). Photos and files are never uploaded — not even to our server — and are not stored by the app. A roster may contain coworkers' names; the app stores only the shifts of the people you choose (you, and coworkers you choose to import), plus an irreversible hash of the image to detect re-imports.
Shared images, PDFs and backup files go only to the app or location you pick. A backup file contains your roster as is; keeping it safe is your responsibility.
We do not share personal data with third parties. Our account server (sign-in, database and purchase verification) is operated by our processor Supabase Inc. (USA, privacy@supabase.com). The server is located in Seoul, Korea (Amazon Web Services Seoul region), but the processor may access it remotely from the USA or elsewhere for operations and troubleshooting, which we disclose as an overseas transfer: the data in section 1, over encrypted connections (HTTPS) whenever you use the app, kept until you delete your account or the processing agreement ends. If you object, you can delete your account, but the app requires an account to use.
Sign-in providers (Apple, Kakao, Google) process data under their own policies as the sign-in method you choose. To verify purchases, we check Apple's signature on App Store transactions on our server and look up Google Play purchase tokens with Google Play. Payments are processed by the Apple and Google stores under their own privacy policies. On Android, text recognition uses Google ML Kit's on-device model without network access.
Neither the app nor this website uses cookies, advertising identifiers or analytics scripts to track you. If you sign in on the web, a value that keeps you signed in is stored in that browser and removed when you sign out.
Children under 14 may not use the app or create an account. If we learn that one has, we delete it.
Deleting your account: in the app, go to More → Account → Delete account at any time. If you cannot use the app, email us below with the sign-in method (Apple, Kakao or Google) and the account's email address; after verifying it is you, we delete the account without delay. Deletion destroys your account data, usage records, purchase links and account backups on our server and cannot be undone. Data stored on your device stays on the device. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store's subscription settings.
You can ask to access, correct or stop processing your account data in the app's account screen or by email. Data on your device can be edited or deleted in the app and is erased from the device when you delete the app.
All communication with the account server is encrypted (HTTPS), and row-level access control lets you read and write only your own records. Sign-in data on the device is protected by the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore, and a stolen sign-in token that is reused ends that sign-in. The app also offers App Lock (biometrics). Device security (screen lock, OS updates) is up to you.
